1. Mushroom Town: finish all tutorial NPC talks, head east.
2. Todd (East Entrance to Mushroom Town): defeat 3 Tutorial Jr. Sentinels.
3. Sam (Snail Hunting Ground I): "Sam's Suggestion" — 10 Snails. Turn in to Mai instead of walking back.
4. Mai (A Split Road): "Mai's Training" — 10 Blue Snails, 10 Shrooms, 5 Red Snails. Keep 10 Blue Snail Shells.
5. Mai follow-up: 1 Orange Mushroom (toward Amherst), keep the cap. Reward includes 150 meso.
6. Amherst: pick up talk quests; Pio's quest gives the Green Relaxer chair (island-exclusive). Skip crowded box objectives.
7. Biggs (Southperry): hand in 10 Blue Snail Shells + 1 Orange Mushroom Cap → 120 EXP + Fruit Knife or Razor.
8. Shanks (Southperry): sail to Lith Harbor for 300 meso (Lv 7+). One-way — finish everything first. All island quests ≈ 1,075 EXP + starter gear.

Grinding filler: Snail Hunting Ground II (Lv 1-7), Mushroom Garden west of Amherst (Lv 5-10, 227 EXP per full clear).

Total ≈ 507 EXP + 1,140 meso. Avoid Thicket III: Mano (Lv 20 boss, 7,420 HP).

• Party kills give bonus EXP; idle 10s and you stop getting party EXP.
• Each monster level above you raises required accuracy.
• Don't sell quest items. Save meso for pots and ammo.
• Never buy meso or leveling for cash — 1,168 accounts were suspended for RMT on Oct 16, 2026, and Classic shares your main Nexon account.

Pirates are not in Classic World at launch — only the four classic branches. Taxis are 90% off for Beginners: ride to your class town before advancing. There are no stat requirements for 1st job, but misplaced AP stays with you.

Start: 25 AP (12 primary, 5 secondary, 4/4 others). +5 AP per level. Use the AP planner.

Simple split after Lv 10: ~4 primary / 1 secondary until the secondary meets requirements, then all primary. Fix mistakes with an AP Reset Scroll (Cash Shop, 7,000 NX).

1. The Next Journey: talk to your 1st-job NPC at Lv 30 (4,780 EXP).
2. Finding the Instructor: deliver the letter to your class Job Instructor in the field (another 4,780 EXP).
3. Test of Qualification: enter the hidden test map, collect 30 Dark Marbles (quest text says "Black Marbles").
4. Proof of Qualification: bring The Proof of a Hero back to your 1st-job NPC and choose your path.

Test monsters are weak Lv 30 versions (~718-789 HP). The maps cap how many are alive, so expect to wait on respawns. Bring potions and ammo.

Every monster currently in MSCW from Lv 45 up, with spawn maps. Cap is Lv 100; content past Lv ~75 is thin at launch, so expect long grinds and party play.

• Potions: Red/Orange/White for HP, Blue for MP; Fried Chicken & Lemons from Lith quests; Elixirs for later. Check prices on the Use tab.
• Ammo: arrows/bolts from shops; Thieves start with Subi, upgrade to Wolbi/Mokbi/Ilbi throwing stars (star prices).
• Weapons: use quest weapons (Fruit Knife/Razor) until a drop beats them; don't buy gear you'll outgrow in a few levels.
• Scrolls (MSCW tiers): Lesser 100% (+1), Intermediate 60% (+2), Greater 10% (+3), Chaos 10% (+4, half of failures destroy the item). Expected gain per scroll: Intermediate 1.2 > Lesser 1.0 > Chaos 0.4 > Greater 0.3 — use Intermediate for most lines, Lesser for HP/MP, avoid Greater. 7 Chaos scrolls leave only ~1.5% chance the item survives. Plan with the scroll planner; compare prices in Scrolls.
• Where scrolls come from: Jane and the Mushroom (Lv 20) gives a random Intermediate weapon scroll; Elmos sells 100% weapon scrolls (25,000 meso one-handed, 50,000 others).
• Ores & ETC: crafting unlocks at Lv 10 (5 Leather → Processed Leather, 10 Pig's Ribbons → Processed Cloth). Don't vendor ores — check Etc prices.

Requirements: exactly 4 players, all Lv 21+, any job, channels 3-12. Leader talks to Lakelis by the sewer entrance in Kerning City. ~30-minute limit (community-reported). First accept Proof of Companionship (one-time: 1,870 EXP, 687 meso, +1 fame, random Intermediate earring scroll). Find a KPQ party →

1. Stage 1 — Coupons: each non-leader talks to Cloto, gets a question; answer = coupons to collect from the 22 Ligators. Hand exactly that many in (drop extras), give the pass to the leader.
